Nina Cutler is a long-time resident of Atlanta with over 15 years in the real estate industry. Receiving a B.A. in Management and a M.S. in Information technology, she began her career as a Project Manager and decided to obtain her real estate license in 2006. She continued in information technology for over 20 years while keeping a pulse on the real estate market and wearing the hat as a dual career agent. In 2018, she began to pursue her vision of becoming a Broker and opening her own firm. Fast forward to April 2023 when the scope of NC Signature Homes expanded to include a Real Estate Firm. The company has set forth to leverage experience in management, education and real estate to provide excellence and professionalism in a varitety of real estate services that include:
